Okay i didnt take too many pictures with people cos i was on duty most of the time and i was kindaf tired and in a foul mood. haha.
Prom night's kindaf sweet. you see your seniors having fun, dressed up nicely. this year's theme was 'Street VS Style'. the door gifts and all that are damn cool. o.o The Paegant went on smoothly too, and it's nice to watch. watch them answer qs, dance, catwalk. etc.
Well, pre-prom preparation was rushing. we had to string and blow and tie balloons, pack goodybags, etc. the alumni definitely did alot for this prom. Saw wensong! he was back to perform.
Sharon was the prom queen and okay im not sure of the guy's name. i think it's Azaz sth. oh well.
Girls were pretty, guys were looking cool. everyone was chatting,eating and having fun.
Well, and we were behind doing our duties. I think next year's prom will be more exciting 'cos it's our direct seniors attending it. Gonna miss the sec 4s,though. ):
Prom ended damn late. and we lost our way. reached home only at 1 plus. Damn tired. Rafeek said i 'looked pooped'.

CAMP WAS FUN. yeah. it seriously was. though the conditions were dirty gross and horrifying, everything was still beautiful. well i didnt get to take any pics of the camp, though i wish i could. hope the teachers could send us pictures.
On the first day, we met and went to the train station. crapped and made hell lota noise on the train cos we were too excited to sleep. reached at 2am and checked into a motel which contained spiders, roaches and lizards. Wonder how we survived. in the morning, we packed up and travelled to the caves. Gua kota gelanggi. it's my first time at the cave and it was beautiful. we dumped our stuff into the tents, went for absailing. well it's my first time and i screwed up. Kept losing my footing at the rocks. hmmmm. was rather unglam while coming down haha. We played some bondin games and went for caving.
Caving was fun. We scrambled over rocks. initially it was rather tough as we werent very used to the mud and terrain. but after that we were so used to it and were 'experts' already. We climbed. we crouched, we dived and crawl.. It was fun. We were so used to using torchlights to assist outr vision. We went to a few different caves. I never knew caves could be so beautiful. We helped each other too, as a team, and that was really sweet. Just when we finished the caving, it rained! heavily. We sank into all the mud and terrain as we backtracked and went back to where we came from. it was really coming down and we could hardly see. we helped and supported eachother all the way and that was really cool. In the end, while walking back to the campsite, we jumped into puddles of mud and played.
At night, ate and wrote our reflections, [were still wet 'cos even after we bathed, we still had to get wet again while walkin from the toilet to the cave which was a long way]. Slept early in the cave. Had light only until 12am. after that it was up to the oil lamps and that went out quickly too, so torches came in handy. otherwise, you couldnt even see ur fingers.
2nd day, main activity was White Water Rafting @ Gopeng! :D we didnt stay in the cave anymore, but travelled to a village like resort which was more cozy, but in which the water from the water tap is brown and there are big hairy spiders. water rafting's the best. to get to the rapids, all of us stood in lorries and went along the path. to feel the wind on your face was damn fun. and everyone shouted 'DUCK!' when there was a tree branch in our way. super nice. but the sec 3s went in the van. so we went down the river rapids.
My raft's me, shanyi, zenon, divesh, miss faith and qiuying. So we were really lucky, as in, my raft's all the fun people. At first i was thinking 'ayiah we wont fall into the water de'. Then on the 2nd rapid, my raft hit a rock and the whole raft tilted sideways and everyone on the right side fell out, plunged deep into the water. that's me sy and zenon. I saw another raft beside us fall. so we floated down the river. we had to swim hard against the current. i was damn scared. lols. i drank some river water. I was near a big rapid then the instructor jumped in and saved me. phew*
Heart thumping. Well, then when i was safely on the river bank, the instructor went to save another boat which hit the same rock as us, but this time, the whole boat went over and the people were trapped under the boat. I couldnt see whose raft it was. I think it was Idris's. oh well. then it took awhile for them to catch the rope to be safe. whoo at that time i was like 'omg so scary'. then we went on. my team was the only team to survive the toughest rapid of the river!! three cheers! it was a tough rapid and all of us fell on each other which paddlin. painful, but we survived! the others who tried that rapid all went over.
After that during break time, we splashed around water and had fun in the cold water. then we went on on our journey. We had fun with our instructor and before we knew it, the trip ended. and we were greeted by those who already were on land cheering "welcome to gopeng this way please!" Well, then it rained AGAIN. funny and lucky that everytime only after the activites it rains. well this time a few sec 2s went in the van, including me. sacrifice! The others got to enjoy the lorry ride in the windy rain. But being in the van aint so bad. We sang, cheered. had fun. and when we came down we booed those on the lorry and made up a cheer.
"echo after me [echo after me], never go the lorry, we should go the lorry, van van very hot, rain rain so shiok" then we made a funny face. HAHA. then everyone came to tao pok us.
Didnt do much for the rest of the day. had fun. sang songs etc etc. did ALOT of bonding. Crapped and had fun. Bathing water was ice-water. eeyer. damn cold. At night after we played many rounds of muderer in the dark and 007 in the guy's dorm, mdm rose gave us a good lecture and lesson on being leaders of all the leaders, and we did skits to represent what we think is most impt about leadership. it was DAMN FUNNY. Then we did many rounds of honesty tests. and discovered many truths about people that we totally dont know! eg. DIVESH LIKES SOFT TOYS. =) it was great night, and we slept quite late. afterall, its the last night.
the next day morning, we went for waterfall absailing! woah we see the waterfall we want die alrdy. waterfall's water's rushing so fast, so cold. had to climb up waterfall. then absail down. with the ice water splashing down us it's damn hard. but i didnt slip and fall this time! :D it was a cool experience. after that, we played in the super cold water at the bottom of the waterfall. it's super cold. it's like an endurance test to see how long you can stay in the water. everyone, girl or guy, is like shivering after that. only when we're walking back did we feel the sunshine on us as we talked and played and cheered.
after lunch, we went back to spore. stopped on the way couple of times for food bla bla. On all the bus rides, we cheered and played games. especially during night time on the way back to singpapore after dinner, we cheered like mad.
well everyone didnt wanna come back. council really bonded this time. it's sweet. it's beautiful, the teamwork and friendships forged. heehah! ;D
